Sanguis

On a few occasions Half Acre collaborated with extra-fancy fine dining concern Next, and this is my favorite one of those which was done for their El Bulli incarnation. The ‘Bulli’ in the name referred to the Chef’s French Bulldogs, and it was known (I was told) for its chalkboard menu, and so here we are.

Actually I’ll just take almost any excuse to draw a Frenchie.
